Blackout fabric for windows is a multifunctional product designed to block sunlight and provide privacy in rooms. The blackout fabric effectively reduces sunlight penetration by up to 95%, making it an ideal solution for bedrooms, children's rooms, conference rooms, and offices with projectors. The material is made from durable polyester fabric with a dense weave that prevents light transmission. Installation follows the same principle as window mosquito nets — using self-adhesive velcro applied to the window frame. This makes the blackout fabric easy to install and remove, requiring no drilling or specialist tools. The product can be trimmed to any size to fit window dimensions. An excellent alternative to blackout blinds — lighter, more affordable, and easier to install.

Does the blackout fabric completely block light?
The blackout fabric blocks up to 95% of sunlight, providing a very high level of room darkening. The dense polyester weave effectively reduces UV ray and heat penetration. When mounted with self-adhesive velcro on the window frame, minimal light may only pass through at the edges, which is normal for this type of solution.
Can the blackout fabric be washed?
The blackout fabric can be cleaned with a damp cloth or gently hand-washed in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. We do not recommend machine washing or tumble drying, as this may affect the blackout properties of the material. After cleaning, lay the fabric flat to dry.
